Reviews and Ratings
While the hotel's rooms are spacious and quite lovely, my experience was marred by a few issues. The service, particularly at the reception, really needs improvement as they didn't handle my queries well. The dining options were just average, and the location is not ideal, feeling more like a bungalow than a hotel. Overall, there were some highs, but definitely a few lows that kept it from being a great stay.
The hotel was quite pleasant, with clean and spacious rooms that were a highlight of my stay. However, the dining options were a bit lacking and the location felt somewhat isolated and underdeveloped. While the service was helpful, various maintenance issues diminished the overall experience. It's a decent spot for a short stay, but probably not ideal for an extended visit.
During my stay, I found the rooms to be quite spacious and comfortable, which was ideal for our family. While the pool area and restaurant offered enjoyable experiences, the reception staff's lack of organization really impacted our overall impression. The location felt a bit isolated, and the dining options were somewhat average. Overall, it's a suitable choice for a short stay, but there are areas that need improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the resort, which is just a couple of years old and offers great facilities. The rooftop restaurant is a standout, and the staff, especially Barkat, provided excellent service. However, I did experience some noise issues between rooms and found the bathroom to have a slight odor. Overall, it's a good choice for families and couples looking for a modern getaway.
I had a great time at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from Candolim Beach. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, providing a peaceful environment. The service was friendly, especially from Dinesh, who assisted us with local attractions and transport options. However, the dining options could use some improvement, especially at breakfast. The pool area was lacking in enough loungers, which was a bit disappointing.
